Integrated ORA Framework for Operators and Agents

The Vision (ProdPad Template)

  • FOR DroneUp Operators and Agents responsible for fleet safety and 135 certification compliance,
  • WHO are currently using a fragmented, manual risk assessment workflow that lacks the “hard digital gates” required for scalable, audit-proof safety governance.

THE PRODUCT: The Integrated ORA Framework is a configuration-driven Safety Management System (SMS) embedded directly within Uncrew,

  • THAT replaces external tooling with “product-delivered compliance,” enforcing a binary “Go/No-Go” launch gate based on automated risk scoring and immutable approval records.
  • UNLIKE the current reliance on third-party tools, external ticketing systems (like JIRA Service Management) that create administrative friction and allow non-compliant missions to proceed unnoticed,
  • OUR PRODUCT physically prevents mission launch until safety criteria are met, creating an undeniable digital link between every flight log and its authorizing risk assessment to ensure effortless regulatory auditability.

The Finessed Vision Statement

The Integrated ORA Framework transforms safety from an external administrative burden into an automated operational advantage. By embedding a configuration-driven governance gate directly into Uncrew, we ensure that no mission can transition to ‘Launch’ without a traceable, approved risk assessment — enabling the Operator/Agent model to scale compliantly without relying on third-party tools.

Strategic Context

  • Commercial Imperative: This vision is a hard requirement for the 90-day goal to Commercialize Uncrew. Agents cannot be onboarded securely unless safety protocols are delivered natively within the product.
  • The “Why” (Outcome): We are moving from Administrative Compliance (trusting humans to check external forms) to Systemic Governance (trusting the software to enforce safety rules).
  • Success Metric: The establishment of an immutable link between every unique Mission ID and an approved Risk Assessment record, ensuring 100% audit readiness.
