Those contracts states settled requirements for metadata field schema for each airspace kind.

Every change here should be done by PR, which is approved by both Atlas and Themis.

Before the merge, every PR should have another PR linked to it, that shows that Data Quality tests are updated and aligned to current version of changed file.
