TIER-1 ADRs

DroneUp now has a number of disjoint products that would benefit from architectural uniformity (runtime, language, structure, choice of the cloud provider, CI/CD tools and processes) in order to reduce the maintenance cost and cognitive load. The ADRs in this folder present the foundational/undermost architectural choices we make and propose the paved path to aligned to by all leagues.
